Happy Easter.....

Checking out her basket from Grandma and Granpa
Smiles and Easter eggs
Checking out her snacks
Trying to blow her new bubbles with Uncle Josh and Daddy
Dancing and jumping with Uncle Josh
At Nana and Papa's, all smiles!
She wouldn't smile so we asked her to show us teeth and her tongue.....we kind of got a smile!
Checking out her Easter basket/ wagon from Nana and Papa
Kylie decided to put her new shovel and pail to good use, she filled her pail with Rembrandt's dog food and then scooped it into his dish......she loved it, and had so much fun....who knew that a shovel and pail wasn't just for the sand :)
Evidently she liked showing her tongue and her goofy smile....can you tell she had been playing hard all day....her pigtails came out early in the day and I never got them back in, her hair was so fly away because she was running, dancing, and jumping all day.

A Day At The Zoo

The monkeys were cracking her up....they were playing and flying around their little house.....I think we spent at least 15 minutes watching them
Kylie and Emily and Clair.....my cousins little girls, they had a blast and got along really well. Emily(in the green coat) is the oldest and Kylie just took to her and thought she was the greatest
She wanted to hold Emily's hand and Em was a good sport and so sweet to Kylie, she didn't mind having her follow her and hold on her.
Kylie had so much fun hanging out with Uncle Matt....she loves him so much!

Happy Birthday Daddy and other Kylie adventures

Kylie decided that she wanted to put her apron on while we made Daddy's birthday cake and when I told her that the apron had her name on it, it said Kylie, she looked at me in all sincerity and pointed to herself and said, "I Kylie, me."

I was showing Kylie what at her purchased for her at Michigan City and she took each thing as I showed them to her and put them on her stroller and then proceeded to walk around the house, stopping once in awhile to take an item off her stroller and look at it and then say, "Cute"

Here she is modeling a couple of her new items, a cute hat from Baby Gap Outlet and an adorable dress from the Tommy Outlet.
After the cake was baked and Kylie took a nap, we went to the store and purchased decorating icing, I held the can and let Kylie move my arm around and decorate Todd's birthday cake however she wanted. I think she did a great job! Below she is enjoying the yummy cake......it was delicious!

Butterflies!!!!

Peek
She was so excited to see the butterflies.
"Oh, Flutt-flies......Oh, my goodness"

During the week when Todd had to take a lay-off, we took Kylie to Frederick Meijer Gardens and met up with our Friends Jason and Jenny and their daughter, Josie....the girls had so much fun checking out the butterflies, and then we took them out to the Children's Garden where they could dig in the dirt and play on toys.....the girls had so much fun hanging out and of course loved seeing the butterflies!

Just so everyone knows.....we are still alive

Our computers have crashed, so I have to use Todd's work computer for now. I don't have any of my pictures on here, so I can't post any new photos, but hopefully will be able to soon. This past week was rough as the flu ran through Kylie and Todd, but everyone seems to be doing better now. We have been having so much fun with Kylie, she is getting big and sometimes has a difficult time understanding what she wants and what she is feeling, so we have been getting some temper tantrums, but we just take a deep breath and try to help her figure out what she wants.
Todd had to take a week of layoff, so on my day off that week we went to see the Butteflies at Frederick Meijer Gardens. We were able to go with our good friends Jason and Jenny and little Joci, right before baby Natalie joined their family. The girls had so much fun seeing the butterflies and playing together. Kylie was able to go back and see the butterflies with Nana and Papa and then this past weekend she was able to enjoy the Children's Museum with Grandma, Grandpa, and Aunt Amy, she had a blast!
I'm not sure what else has been going on that I have forgotten to fill eeryone in on, check back with us soon to see if I got a computer with my pictures on it to work...I will post the butterfly photos soon hopefully!!!!
