Snow ice cream seems to be all the rage right, I only saw it posted once on Facebook last night and decided to try it, after I had made snow cream with my kids I started seeing everyone post that they did this today! It was too snowy and cold to go to school today and t is the first day after break, a lot of day care centers and other businesses were closed too, so I guess everyone was home trying to find something to entertain the children. After we made ou snow cream, Kylie decided we should add to it, she wanted chocolate chips and I wanted peppermint, so we added both! It was ok...not as creamy as normal factory made ice cream, but not bad!
