They are so cute...now that fall is here and Drew is 6 months old, I feel like I can dress him in big boy clothes....he is so cute!! Of course Kylie is adorable, they make me smile so much!!

Drew got to try something new tonight....we decided to go with carrots and he LOVED them!! Kylie was never a fan of any of the orange or yellow foods, so I was a little hesitant to try them. I think Drew is going to eat pretty much anything though, we shall see next week how he does with something new!

Today has been a little crazy, so I didn't even take a picture. As I said to my dad earlier, "Welcome to September!" Yesterday Todd's class started, today swimming started for Kylie and I had zumba, tomorrow Todd has softball, Thursday is bowling, Friday is nothing, Saturday Kylie is going to the Circus and it is the bitemaster, and then Sunday is a day of rest and softball in the evening......and then repeat other than Saturday :D Good times! I will try to get a picture tomorrow :D

40 Wonderful Years....

My parents celebrated 40 wonderful years of marriage today. We celebrated with them hanging out with my kids all day and then we went out to dinner tonight and came back to our house for Red Velvet cake.
This year is a year of milestones for many of us.....Todd's parents hit 40 years in August, my parents today, Josh and Amy hit 5 years at the end of this month, and Todd and I reach 1o years in November....

Today we had a surprise birthday party for Todd's cousin John, it was a fun afternoon filled with all the little ones, 7 girls and 2 boys. I couldn't pick just one picture from today, the one picture from the party is Aunt Amy with Drew, Kylie, Evie, and Aunt Gerrie holding Peyton.....we have tried to get a picture of all the "great" grandchildren with Todd's grandpa and it just doesn't work...I forgot to take more pictures after this one :D
The other picture is Katelyn and Kylie enjoying a fire at the Jernbergs......maybe we will be able to have a few more fires before it gets too cold, tonight was perfect as far as weather goes.

Fire at our house for the season....maybe not :D We had a great time, but got eaten alive by bugs. Around 9 Kylie said she thought it was time to go in, and I asked if she was tired and she actually said, "Yes!" Mark it on your calendar people, Kylie admitted to being tired!!
I forgot to take any pictures last night, so I failed already at my picture a day challenge! It would have been a picture of watching football, the first MSU football game of the season was spent at the Hall's, it was a great time, and Kylie didn't go to bed until after 11....

I got out the Jump-a-roo yesterday and Drew absolutely loves it!! He also decided that he loves watching football....he was jumping, but keeping his eyes on the t.v. :D
